Media mogul Oprah Winfrey is the latest celebrity donating to the coronavirus relief efforts with a massive $10 million donation to help people struggling during the pandemic.
Winfrey announced the huge pledge on social media Thursday, stating that she is allocating $1 million of her donation to help feed hungry Americans who are food insecure.
As for the remaining $9 million, Winfrey said the money will go to various COVID-19 related relief efforts in communities across the United States and in Mississippi and Tennessee where she grew up.
