138 Student Living Jamaica Group has recorded a loss after taxation of $18.90 million.
The break down comes with 138 Student Living posting net profit of $31.34 million but this was offset by a net loss of $50.24 million for its subsidiary 138SL Restoration Limited.
It was for both companies, the first full year of operations with the present compliment of 1464 rooms, 1008 for 138 Student Living and 456 for 138 Student Living Restoration.
