Mayberry Investments, lead financial adviser and broker to Main Event Entertainment Group, says the company's initial public offering closed on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m.
The company will advise applicants of the basis of allotment of the shares by this Thursday.
Main Event offered 60 million shares in the IPO at $2.00 per share.
The company has made application to list the shares on the Junior Market of the Jamaica Stock Exchange.
