Eleven members of the World Bank Group Board of Executive Directors will visit Jamaica this week.
The members of the delegation, who are scheduled to arrive between tomorrow and Saturday, will discuss Jamaica’s development priorities, emerging opportunities and challenges.
They will also examine the World Bank Group's support of the country’s efforts to reduce poverty and enhance prosperity.
The World Bank officials will meet with the Prime Minister, Finance Minister as well as other members of the Cabinet; key representatives from the private sector, civil society and female entrepreneurs.
