Warrenton Barham, former JLP councillor-candidate for the Siloah division of the St. Elizabeth Municipal Council, and a woman were shot dead a short while ago in front of his business place in Santa Cruz, St. Elizabeth.
The circumstances of the shooting are unclear at this time.
