Motorists urged to exercise caution in eastern parishes, St. Ann and Trelawny

The National Works Agency (NWA) is advising motorists to continue to exercise caution traversing roads in Portland, St Thomas, St Mary, St Ann and Trelawny as heavy rains continue to batter these parishes.
NWA Communications Manager, Stephen Shaw, told RJR News this morning that while the agency has not received reports of  affected roads, motorists should be wary of  problems that could develop.
He says motorists, especially of  smaller vehicles, should watch out for pools of  water and breakaways.
He added that teams from the agency will continue to monitor the situation in all parishes.
