Supreme Court reserves judgment in case challenging dismissal of Senators by JLP Leader

The Supreme Court has reserved judgement in the case brought by former Opposition Senator Arthur Williams against Jamaica Labour Party Leader Andrew Holness.

Submissions were completed on Tuesday afternoon, having started on Monday.

Mr. Williams is challenging the decision of  the Opposition Leader to oust him and Dr. Christopher Tufton by using undated resignation letters which they had given to him.

Both men were dropped from the list of  Opposition Senators last November, following the leadership race in the Jamaica Labour Party.
