Tesha Miller arrested in the Bahamas

ACP Ealan Powell

The Police High Command is making arrangements with law enforcement in the Bahamas for the deportation of Tesha Miller, the alleged leader of the Clansman gang, a day after he was arrested in that country.

This was disclosed by Assistant Commissioner Ealan Powell, head of the Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB).

He said Miller, who was listed as a Person of Interest following an increase in murders in Spanish Town, St Catherine, last year, will be questioned on his return to the island.

More than a hundred persons were killed in the internal feud between rival factions in the Clansman gang.

Miller was deported to Jamaica last year after being imprisoned in the United States for entering that country illegally.
