Two persons were shot Monday night, one fatally, at Poor Man's Corner in St. Thomas.
The deceased is 37 year old Carlton Holding, otherwise called Keke, a fisherman of Tensie Lane, Yallahs in the parish.
The other man has been admitted to hospital in serious condition.
About 7:45, Mr. Holding was with friends at a bar when a man approached them.
He shot Mr. Holding and the other man.
Eighteen people have been killed in St. Thomas since the start of the year.
