PNP pays tribute to Dr. McGill
The Executive Committee of the People’s National Party Monday night paid tribute to Dr. Neil McGill, former Member of Parliament for Western St Mary, at its weekly meeting.
Party Chairman, Robert Pickersgill, noted that Dr. McGill was a tribute to his nation, his birth parish of Clarendon, the parish of St. Mary, which he chose to serve and live in and the PNP.
PNP President, Portia Simpson Miller, and members of the executive also hailed Dr. McGill for his commitment to his constituency, the party and the nation.
Apart from his work in politics, Dr. McGill had a medical practice in Oracabessa, St. Mary for over 30 years.
The PNP executive also noted his involvement in the community through various organisations.
