Country's two top horses clash at Caymanas Park

Reigning Horse of the Year Will In Charge and arch rival and champion sprinter She's A Maneater are expected to produce another epic battle in the in the Lady Geeta Trophy over 6  furlongs on Saturday at Caymanas Park. The Robert Pearson conditioned-Will In Charge will be making her seasonal debut in a race where six runners will face the starter.

The exercise gallops for Will In Charge in the mornings show that he will be among the leaders, based on last Sunday's clocking of 1:05.1 for five and half furlongs, while blazing the last five in 58.4. Will In Charge, the 3-5 ante-post favourite to be ridden by Robert Halledeen, will be in receipt of one pound from champion sprinter She's A Maneater who will be carrying 126 pounds with regular jockey Omar Walker aboard.

The small line-up is completed by speedballs Money Magnet with top apprentice Christopher Mamdeen; Chace The Great, the mount of Trevor Simpson; Perfect Neighbour with Javaniel Patterson; Another Bullet the Mount of apprentice Reyan Lewis and the old stager Campesino with Oneil Mullings. The Lady Geeta Trophy is set for 2:40 pm while first post for the 10 race card is 12:15 pm.
