JA secures 7th NY Football Cup

Defending champions Jamaica secured an unprecedented seventh New York Football Cup title Sunday with a closely fought 1-nil victory over St. Lucia in the final at Jefferson High School.   

Denzil Watson scored off a Jermaine Hue pass in the 56th minute to give Jamaica victory.

St. Kitts defeated Barbados 4-3 on penalties in the third place play-off.
