'Tappa' tmore still awaiting new contract from JFF

Reggae Boyz senior head coach Theodore ‘Tappa’ Whitmore says he has yet to hear from Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) president Michael Ricketts in regards to his contract.

Whitmore's interim contract with the JFF last September and he along with assistant coach Jerome Waite have rejected all offers since due to the unhappiness with their proposed new salary packages.

Ricketts reached out to the Ministry of Sports to help pay the coaches but a meeting that was scheduled for Thursday was postponed because Sports Minister Olivia ‘Basby’ Grange is ill.
