Jamaica's Under-23 team was held to a 1-1 Dominica in in their opening preliminary round encounter of the Olympic Games qualifiers at the Anthony Spaulding Sports Complex on Wednesday. Tino Hope opened the scoring for the Dominicans in the 37th minute before substitute Nicque Daley equalized in the 47th minute.
The Jamaicans as they will close out the round on Sunday against St Kitts and Nevis. Only the group winner will progress to the Caribbean final round.
