Dancehall artiste Delus
The entertainment fraternity is joining hands with dancehall artiste Konshens, as he mourns his brother's death. As scores of fans, friends and family members come to grips with the death of dancehall artiste Delus, the lingering question remains... Why?
Reports are that Delus was found with a gunshot wound to the head in his bathroom at his Havendale home. A weapon was found beside him.
It is also alleged that a video recording of his final moments was sent to his girlfriend.
Delus, a father of two, celebrated his birthday this past weekend.
He was known for the hits, Another Gyal, What Tomorrow May Bring and She's Happy.
Police probing Delus' death
Meanwhile, the police are probing the death of the artiste.
Assistant Commissioner of Police Ealan Powell says the most likely cause of death is suicide, however there will still be an investigation to "look at all the details before (making) a final determination."
