Eddy Thomas, the co-founder of the National Dance Theatre Company (NDTC) has died.
Thomas who was 81, died at his home in Montego Bay in the western parish of St James on Thursday.
Along with the late Professor Rex Nettleford, he co-founded the NDTC with 16 other founding members in 1962.
He also co-created the Roots and Rhythms Show with Nettleford in celebration of the nation’s move towards Independence.
