XXL magazine has published a list of the next generation of international hip hop stars to dominate in their Freshman Class issue.
Among them is rapper and singer Stefflon Don who is of Jamaican descent.
Stefflon stands out on the cover as this year's only woman and only non-American making her the first UK artist to do so.
She is one of the UK's hottest hip-hop exports and is known for the single Hurtin Me featuring French Montana.
All of the acts involved on the list have built strong fan bases and racked up accolades - and controversy - over the last year.
