The closing date for Eppley Caribbean Property Fund's share offer has been extended.
It was scheduled to close last Friday.
However, Eppley has informed the Jamaica Stock Exchange that the new closing date is July 31.
No reason was given for the extension.
To date - $97.4 million shares at $46.18 each are being sold.
Eppley plans to use the proceeds to among other things purchase commercial properties in Jamaica and Barbados.
