A Guyanese newspaper, Stabroek News, is reporting that Fly Jamaica customers are disgruntled as the airline is not communicating with them regarding flight schedules.
Stabroek News says calls to Fly Jamaica's offices in New York, Toronto and Guyana have been unanswered.
Fly Jamaica Airways has been experiencing difficulties following the November 9 crash-landing at the Cheddi Jagan International Airport which resulted in extensive damage to one of its aircraft.
It is reported to be engaged in talks to lease an aircraft.
