Former Member of Parliament for Westmoreland Western and former Custos of Westmoreland Owen "Hurry Hurry" Sinclair is dead.
He passed away on Thursday.
Mr. Sinclair was also a longstanding businessman who operated Sinclair's Bargain Centre.
In a news release Friday afternoon, Opposition Leader Dr. Peter Phillips said the People's National Party is saddened by the news of Mr. Sinclair's death.
Dr. Phillips described him as a man with many ideas and influences who shared his knowledge and served his communities, the PNP and Jamaica.
